Although comes highly recommended, my experience has not been great. I do have a dog whom is difficult and not fond of vets. I endured 4 visits and will not return. I was ridiculed and spoken down too. There was no sign of compassion for my terrified dog. There was no trying to make him feel comfortable only patronising and criticising me for his behaviour. Fees seemed to be inconsistent and changing each visit. Found it very unsettling and I am very saddened to experience such behaviour from a senior vet whom we came to for help.
