Very accommodating. Were able to see my pet at very short notice. While sometimes the wait is long, this is quite rare. Usually they run pretty close to time

Customer service is a little on the low side. Reception should let you see the bill before you get hit with the price and expectation of payment. Okay vets and facilities. Not recommended.

Been going for years but switched to fadden as during our last visit Jane the receptionist was quite rude when we asked how much longer after waiting 45 minutes.
