I have two 1yr old kittens.. one kitten has kidney issues and one is obese that cant stop eating anything chip bark, bugs, plants anything..
The vets have been outstanding and do not overcharge in fact they book appointments around when the altrasound rep is in and they have a sneaky look at their progress and i am never charged..
I have pet insurance for $11.24 a month for each cat through this vet and they have free unlimited visits and additional free services..
There is no overcharging.. i had a cat that lived 19yrs and she attended this clinic she lived well past the average age of 12 to 14 yrs..
Service is great.. our 15yr old kelpie was also a regular visitor to the clinic with lots of no charge extras.. when she was eventually euthanised with weight loss and violent seizure the vet was teary at putting her to sleep...
They care...My kitten with kidney issues is now well enough to be spade this week and I have no reservations at all about her care or cost as it is always reasonable.. Read Less

My cat injured her paw when she was still with us and I will never forget the way these people treated her. They insisted she needed multiple treatments and therapies for her and were about to charge me thousands of dollars. I was willing to pay it until I went to a different clinic. They are scam artists who do nothing but charge money for needless "therapy" treatments while full knowing people would do anything for their pets. Please don't go here if you care about the welfare of your animals and the treatment of other people's pets too. The only reason I'm posting a review now is because I gave a kitten to my relatives and it too was in need of medical assistance, and AGAIN they tried to pull this bullshit on us again. PLEASE be careful when considering this clinic. Read Less

I went in to get my kitten checked out due to he was vomiting, all they said was that he is adjusting to the new diet so that's probably why he is vomiting, then they suggested other things overall the whole experience was very expensive and now my kitten is still vomiting, sick and not one thing they said helped at all. I am extremely worried and the fact they didn't give much thought or care to my beautiful baby makes me so angry. I don't want to go in again, pay these ridiculous prices and receive no help for my kitten. I cant explain my frustration I rang up a online calling vet and they said I should get him checked out as vomiting six times for a kitten is a lot and could be a serious health issue, yet the vet here did nothing to help in anyway. horrible service.
