Today was my first visit here and I was a little unsure what to do with my dog, the girl on the phone was so lovely and fitted me in. When I got there the staff were lovely, Eloise was great in getting my dog to be comfortable with her. He left with a bandage cast on his front leg which the nurse did in the most AMAZING pac-man print she had made Herself, this wasn’t just printed on this was authentic custom made! Thank you for looking after Cheska, our pet rabbit, so well. She was in a bad way but the newest Vet at Belconnen Animal Hospital treated her and now she is back to being as good as good. Thanks dr shannon , zooey was a bit of a mess when she went to the vet pooing out blood, not sleeping etc, the diet prescribed and the medications used had zooey comfortable enough to sleep all afternoon, and a few days later she is much better, thanks for the quick and effective service. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful service. Our beautiful cat Ally was a regular at the clinic. Sadly we had to make the decision to euthanise her earlier this month. Shannon was wonderful and allowed us to let Ally pass with dignity. We will be forever thankful for your compassion during such a sad time. So happy with the care we have received for our puppy. He had a bit of a rough start with the runs and the receptionists were so helpful and friendly and were able to help us avoid bringing him in if it wasn't necessary. When we came in for his vaccination everyone was absolutely amazing. He was given heaps of treats and pats to ensure he doesn't develop a fear of the vet. When we returned home we were discussing with our neighbours how pleased we were, only to find out that they also go to this practice and have been impressed with the outstanding care by Shannon. The vets and vet nurses are delightful, friendly and explain animal health problems in a way so that we can understand what is going on. Our dog loves visiting the Belconnen Animal Hospital for his check ups, especially when Dr West gives him treats. We are more than happy leaving our precious family member in the safe hands of the staff and I am confident in saying it is one of the best animal hospitals in Canberra. Read Less

When our spoodle Tiki wasn't eating well, we took her to see Doctor Rob, and he found she had a infected tooth. He was able to book her in the very next day for a surgery and she had her Ouchy removed. She is now happily back at home with us eating again thanks to the loving care of all the staff at Belconnen vet.Read Less
