I have been taking my dogs here for many years now and the service from all the staff is exceptional, they are all very caring. I feel that my dog gets the treatment he needs each time we visit whilst keeping treatment to a minimum.

Seem to go a good job, staff are friendly, professional and do a good job of explaining treatment options. Two strikes against them: kind of expensive and their record keeping system appears to be Microsoft word documents which means you need to keep tabs on your pets history yourself as that's not super reliable.

I have been taking my felines to this practice for decades. My cat Gizmo (died aged 17) was a loving sweetheart to me but she was a real little stinker at the vets. Ivan and the nurses were always extraordinarily patient and caring as she threw tantrums and tried to shred them. Their understanding helped so much as my fur-brat played up. My current cat, Basil, is a gentle little soul and must be a restful change for Ivan and the team after Gizmo's performances. Highly recommended veterinary practice.

Discovered how great these vets are recently because of two separate emergencies with my dogs. I'm converted and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thorough and caring for the dogs (and me! )

Staff at this caring hospital have all been so helpful with Crystal my lovely elderly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from Yass pound, special thanks to Dr Ivan, Dr Shauna, Dr Renee. Crystal loves going there, and it's frequent as she has many health problems which she does not acknowledge. You are all very special people. All the assistants take such an interest in Crystal and a big grin for Emma who was hopeful but a little sad about Crystal, and now is so happy.

Seem to go a good job, staff are friendly, professional and do a good job of explaining treatment options. Two strikes against them: kind of expensive and their record keeping system appears to be Microsoft word documents which means you need to keep tabs on your pets history yourself as that's not super reliable.

I have been taking my felines to this practice for decades. My cat Gizmo (died aged 17) was a loving sweetheart to me but she was a real little stinker at the vets. Ivan and the nurses were always extraordinarily patient and caring as she threw tantrums and tried to shred them. Their understanding helped so much as my fur-brat played up. My current cat, Basil, is a gentle little soul and must be a restful change for Ivan and the team after Gizmo's performances. Highly recommended veterinary practice.

Staff at this caring hospital have all been so helpful with Crystal my lovely elderly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from Yass pound, special thanks to Dr Ivan, Dr Shauna, Dr Renee. Crystal loves going there, and it's frequent as she has many health problems which she does not acknowledge. You are all very special people.
