I have been taking my dogs to
Abbotsbury Vet - Patricia carnovale for over 10 years, and having owned dogs from my Chilhood, I would without a doubt say Patricia would be the most intelligent and dedicated Vet I have come across.
She has saved the lives of many of our families dogs, she will always go the extra mile for any animal, and has at times come up with the most innovative cutting edge procedures to save a life.
And her staff are as dedicated and offer the same caring and loving service as Patricia.
I actually drive 50 minutes from the other side of Sydney to Abbotsbury Vet, as I would never for a second think of taking my dogs anywhere else.
Thanks again Patricia and the team for the love and care you have shown to all our dogs.

All of our family pets have been coming to this practice for years, Dr Carnovale has always put all her time and effort into helping our animals. Even when my sisters dog was unwell, everything was done to bring her back to full health and she is still living a long and healthy life after 10 years old when her life could of been cut short those years back. My two cats are seen by Jasmine and she is wonderful. She is very friendly and always has the answer during our visits. I highly recommend this practice. Also staff are very kind and the cuddles from the cats in reception are a plus !

I'll give this place a 2 star because the staff are extremely friendly, pleasant and they make you feel really welcome to their clinic. That's not very common in most areas.
But unfortunately, I'll have to give them 2 stars only because I was asked to pay for a service that I did not get at all. I brought my bird to this clinic because most vets in the area were closed, and this place was the most convenient at the time. I asked the receptionist if they treated birds at this clinic and said she yes they do. So I immediately made an appointment and got in. When I got there, the vet spends approximately 15-20 minutes telling me that they aren't equipped and qualified to diagnose birds, and that I should consider finding an Avian vet instead. She asked me to release the bird in the room and watch it fly around, that's it. The bird wasn't even touched by the vet. That's not called checking and diagnosing as I was told by the lady at the front.
My time was wasted, The people with more serious situations waited longer, and I was asked to pay for that ridiculous waste of time.
Very disappointed.

Took my young kitten to Abbotsbury Vet Clinic a few weeks after I got him as he had cat flu. Staff were lovely and the price was extremely reasonable for a vet. My boy was well looked after and wasn't at all distressed after his visit. I have since taken him back for his desexing and my experience was just as good second time around.

Poor treatment of my dog who was traumatised after a so called simple service. My dog was taken by the lead to the back room and door closed to have his nails clipped and the staff member said "oh for goodness sake" as my dog was being hurt and the sounds he was making was never heard of him ever in the 10 months since he was a pup. He was absolutely distraught for the next couple of days. I did not appreciate the service given and by the so called staff member. in the past my dog has always be accompanied by myself and children to have his nails clipped. Don't know why this has changed. Poor service and unfriendly service

Abbotsbury Vet Clinic has been a godsend for my two labradors and also for my previous pets. I've had dogs all my life and live in the area. Recently my very arthritic dog needed major surgery and it was a complete success due to the professionalism of Dr Carnovale and the care of the nursing staff there. She is a very happy and relieved dog now and can begin recovering with physio under their watchful eye. The Abbotsbury clinic is a very important and much loved part of the local community and I am very happy to recommend them to treat any pet issues, from the general to the very specialised - they've looked after all sorts of issues my dogs have had over the years. They really care and they are fantastic at what they do. 10 out of 10!

Took my young kitten to Abbotsbury Vet Clinic a few weeks after I got him as he had cat flu. Staff were lovely and the price was extremely reasonable for a vet. My boy was well looked after and wasn't at all distressed after his visit. I have since taken him back for his desexing and my experience was just as good second time around.

Been coming here for over 15 years. We moved almost 80 km away, but still make the trip because we trust and respect the opinion and manner of all the staff. Wonderful Vet!! They all take great care of my old man Bronx (a grumpy old cat) and are very kind and gentle with all their patients, no matter how big or small. Would recommend to everyone.

Poor treatment of my dog who was traumatised after a so called simple service. My dog was taken by the lead to the back room and door closed to have his nails clipped and the staff member said "oh for goodness sake" as my dog was being hurt and the sounds he was making was never heard of him ever in the 10 months since he was a pup. He was absolutely distraught for the next couple of days. I did not appreciate the service given and by the so called staff member. in the past my dog has always be accompanied by myself and children to have his nails clipped. Don't know why this has changed. Poor service and unfriendly service

Abbotsbury Vet Clinic has been a godsend for my two labradors and also for my previous pets. I've had dogs all my life and live in the area. Recently my very arthritic dog needed major surgery and it was a complete success due to the professionalism of Dr Carnovale and the care of the nursing staff there. She is a very happy and relieved dog now and can begin recovering with physio under their watchful eye. The Abbotsbury clinic is a very important and much loved part of the local community and I am very happy to recommend them to treat any pet issues, from the general to the very specialised - they've looked after all sorts of issues my dogs have had over the years. They really care and they are fantastic at what they do. 10 out of 10!
