Awesome vets. Awesome practice. My dog Jack was hit by a car and broke his back leg very bad. I was referred to Brunker Road vets from my local vets as they were the best orthopedic practice. The Brunker Road vet explained three different options that were possible and after much discussion and advice we decided to go with plates and screws.Back home the next day and 6 months later you wouldn't even know. Jack and I thank them very very much.

Back in December I paid for a puppy preschool course in advance, when i only had to put down a deposit but unfortunately due to a mistake on their end, missed the first session. I then received a text...
Back in December I paid for a puppy preschool course in advance, when i only had to put down a deposit but unfortunately due to a mistake on their end, missed the first session. I then received a text message stating I had missed the first session, so I rang the Vet running the program to see if I needed to reshedule & was told that it was fine, as the first session was just a meet & greet. I then received a message stating that puppy preschool would not be the following thursday as the trainer would be away for a couple weeks. I rang the Vet again to clarify that this was correct, as I didn’t want to miss the sessions again. During the next week or so, my puppy was responding well to instructions & guidance, that I decided to cancel puppy preschool. I rang the Vet again & cancelled coming & asked for a refund, to which I was told that “Jess” the trainer would call me back. A week later after no call, I call again & again was told I would be contacted. A month later I called again & was told rudely that a refund wouldn’t be happening, I asked to talk to the manager & was told I would get a call back. I called today Monday 9th April & spoke to the practice manager “Debbie” who rudely told me that I was uncontactable & received numerous emails, texts & missed calls stating that a refund wasn’t available. When I stated I had not received anything & had clarified with the receptionist that they had the right email & phone number (which they did), she rudely told me again that I was not entitled to anything & that I was wasting time. I cancelled a booking I had made with them for my puppy.

I have two elderly dogs and have been consulting the wonderful vets at the Brunker Rd veterinary centre for many years. I have always found Paul, Sue, John, Stephen, Simon and Karen to be thoroughly professional, caring and ready to take the time to explain. I also love the vet nurses here; again, professional, patient, knowledgable, caring and helpful. As my two girls get very old I find my trust in this practice increasingly important.

My girl Bonnie started seeing Paul last year after being recommended him by several people that I knew. I was not happy with service and treatment of previous vets, who I felt were not providing enough information on treatment and follow up to allow us to make informed health decisions on behalf of our furbabies. Now could not be happier with the service and vet treatment we are receiving. We travel a reasonable distance to attend but worth it! The girls on the reception desk have always friendly and helpful too.

A week later after no call, I call again & again was told I would be contacted. A month later I called again & was told rudely that a refund wouldn’t be happening, I asked to talk to the manager & was told I would get a call back. I called today Monday 9th April & spoke to the practice manager “Debbie” who rudely told me that I was uncontactable & received numerous emails, texts & missed calls stating that a refund wasn’t available. When I stated I had not received anything & had clarified with the receptionist that they had the right email & phone number (which they did), she rudely told me again that I was not entitled to anything & that I was wasting time. I cancelled a booking I had made with them for my puppy.

I have two elderly dogs and have been consulting the wonderful vets at the Brunker Rd veterinary centre for many years. I have always found Paul, Sue, John, Stephen, Simon and Karen to be thoroughly professional, caring and ready to take the time to explain. I also love the vet nurses here; again, professional, patient, knowledgable, caring and helpful. As my two girls get very old I find my trust in this practice increasingly important.

My girl Bonnie started seeing Paul last year after being recommended him by several people that I knew. I was not happy with service and treatment of previous vets, who I felt were not providing enough information on treatment and follow up to allow us to make informed health decisions on behalf of our furbabies. Now could not be happier with the service and vet treatment we are receiving. We travel a reasonable distance to attend but worth it! The girls on the reception desk have always friendly and helpful too.

Puppy school's great. I have 2 cats and a big dog. Reception are super informed, plenty of them too. The vets are meticulous, frank and caring. Not cheap but you don't get mucked around.
