I dont mind about waiting for my appointment. But the fact that after waiting 20 minutes, and then seeking help from a vetinarian and then being told to leave the office whilst my mother was asking a question is not acceptable. From the outside they portray a kind caring image… this is false. They have no respect or decency. You would think if your animal dies over night they would call you as this is what they said they would do . No they don't. They leave dogs to die alone then wait for you to call them. if you want you dog to die alone and then not be told, go to this vet. Read Less

I live in another suburb but always took my dogs to Albion Park, the staff are great and Hamish was fantastic with my last dog, he explains everything in detail and is a very compassionate Vet. I just got another dog and will be taking him to Albion Park too when needed. Read Less

Had to go there twice. Each time I was charged more then I was quoted ( By hundreds of dollars.) We also purchased a 375 gram of Di-Vetelact to feed our puppies ( 2 ) and I was charged for the 900 gram Tin. I pointed it out to the girl and she apologised and refunded me the difference. Today I had to pick up our only remaining pup and because they needed to feed it whilst in their care, they opened and a 900 gram tub of Di-Vetelact which we had to pay for. They knew we had the 375 gram Di-Vetelac at home so why sell us the 900 gram? In our industry, we have to stick to the quoted price or we are breaking our contract and therefore liable to prosecution but these guys get you when your at your lowest with their sneaky up selling.
