Dropped in an injured native bird - he was accepted and tended to promptly. I was even briefed on what the possibilities were and procedures taken to assess his possible rehabilitation. Great staff.

The staff are fantastic and very friendly. I usually see Hamish as he is just amazing with my dogs and there so caring. Will never take my dogs elsewhere. Highly recommend these guys.

Had to go there twice. Each time I was charged more then I was quoted ( By hundreds of dollars.) We also purchased a 375 gram of Di-Vetelact to feed our puppies ( 2 ) and I was charged for the 900 gram Tin. I pointed it out to the girl and she apologised and refunded me the difference. Today I had to pick up our only remaining pup and because they needed to feed it whilst in their care, they opened and a 900 gram tub of Di-Vetelact which we had to pay for. They knew we had the 375 gram Di-Vetelac at home so why sell us the 900 gram? In our industry, we have to stick to the quoted price or we are breaking our contract and therefore liable to prosecution but these guys get you when your at your lowest with their sneaky up selling.
