I was totally underwhelmed with the lack of interest that Lara showed toward myself and my poor boy. Now, I do realise that not everyone else's universe revolves around a handsome sulky pitbull but this woman didn't show one drop of sympathy towards us. Look at him... has she no heart? I would've been better off spending the $200 it cost on a bag of BJ's favourite licorice all sorts & some heat packs. Dr. Google would've sufficed

These guys have seen my dog through some tough times. They go the extra mile to research what's best for your pet, including their academic network. Most importantly to us is the warm vibe in the surgery when you walk in the door. They are also one of the few clinics that offer chemotherapy treatment in house. I always recommend them to fellow rehomed Greyhound owners and they are fast becoming the go to vet for this delicate breed. Also they have a very low staff turnover

In 9am. Out 5pm. Yes she was sick. She was full of beans when we decided to take her home against recommendation. Question is...was she really that sick to warrant a $1650.00 bill at the end??? I dunno. But in all fairness, the Dr s there really took care of Milly. Regardless what the outcome is, we still take her back as we trust Dr s there. That's prolly why we pay a bit more as they're very thorough in their work.

The vets do a great job and can't fault their service. One reception staff member (the female, short hair and tattoos) on the other hand always seems terse and dismissive everytime I've taken our dogs...
The vets do a great job and can't fault their service. One reception staff member (the female, short hair and tattoos) on the other hand always seems terse and dismissive everytime I've taken our dogs in or booked over the phone (yes it even comes across over the phone).
I'll be changing to the vet clinic on Bourke Street because their attitude seems better and service oriented.

I was totally underwhelmed with the lack of interest that Lara showed toward myself and my poor boy.
