I came here to leave a good word and was astonished at the 100% 5-star rating across so many reviews, though considering my experience I should probably not be surprised. I came here because I needed an x-ray to diagnose/rule out urolithiasis in an exotic pet and the prices were so much better than the other vets. Bernie ended up taking 3 x-rays to ensure he had the best angles for diagnosis, but unlike other vets did not use this as an excuse to charge multiple times. I worked out that by going here I paid about one ninth what I would have elsewhere! And to top that all off, he emailed me helpful information for days afterward and when he wanted to check out a urine sample and I was unable to drop it off, he arranged to pick it up on his way to work. It is pretty obvious that he is a vet for the animals, not for the money. Read Less
