I had to rush to the vet last minute due to an accident at home involving my dogs eye. We came in unannounced and were promptly seen. A few hours later I had my dog home and stitched up. Over the past two weeks my boy, Angus, has had a few concerning health issues. Both times Emma, Lucy and their team have been so helpful! They managed to squeeze Angus in on both days I called (even though they were busy and booked out) , the reception lady has been really lovely and helpful, and the communication I have received afterwards from Emma regarding pet insurance claims and required documents has been prompt and polite. I have only just returned to Armidale after years of living in the city, and this is by far the best service I have received. I know my boy is in good hands!
