We dropped in our cat Muffin on a Sunday morning, who was bitten by a paralysis tick and was on her way to cat heaven,,,,slow breathing and completely paralysed. Thanks to the quick action from Nicky ...
We dropped in our cat Muffin on a Sunday morning, who was bitten by a paralysis tick and was on her way to cat heaven,,,,slow breathing and completely paralysed. Thanks to the quick action from Nicky and her great nurses and the after care for a couple of days from Dr. Ian Kin made a full recovery for our little soulmate Muffin. She is all good now and the whole family is happy. Thank you so much guys, you are the best!!!

Wow, I could not be any happier with a business right now. We had taken our puppy Lillee in for fears of a snake bite and the staff jumped to action quickly ruling it out and investigating further quickly with the care of our angel in the forefront of their minds. The staff are so friendly and clearly love the animals that walk through their door - Even our very freaked out scared Lillee. Thank you for sensing our panic and putting our minds at ease we cannot recommend you higher.

I know my animals are getting the best care and lots of love when they visit. I could not of thanked the team enough when they looked after my old dog Mikey. And now with my new dog Benny who is a mystery with his paws. The time and care and concern that was given was so much appreciated.And it looks like his on the mend thanks to Ian and KIrstan and the girls. Could not imagine what it would be like if that team were not there. Thankyou Ballina vet clinic for all you do

Words can not do justice to how I feel about the loving service that we received today, the moment that you walk in the door, you can feel the warmth and love that these wonderful people emanate. We did not have an appointment (as our angel had an accident with a stick) but they still attended to our needs with no hesitation. The report that we received upon pick up was so lovingly written, my wife & I can not thank you enough for all that you did for our Cheyse.

We dropped in our cat Muffin on a Sunday morning, who was bitten by a paralysis tick and was on her way to cat heaven,,,,slow breathing and completely paralysed. Thanks to the quick action from Nicky and her great nurses and the after care for a couple of days from Dr. Ian Kin made a full recovery for our little soulmate Muffin. Wow, I could not be any happier with a business right now. We had taken our puppy Lillee in for fears of a snake bite and the staff jumped to action quickly ruling it out and investigating further quickly with the care of our angel in the forefront of their minds.
