Unprofessionalism and incorrect diagnosis.
Please be very carful of this vet. The staff was not up to the licnesed standard. Lack of knowledge and profesionalism which made a wrong diagnosis of cat and I can't make a claim from my insurance and also left a history which I can never claim for this particular problem . The incorrect diagnosis with Bassvill Vet was confirmed and verfied by another two vets I brought my cat to get second and third opinions and after I presented Bassvill the notes and evidence from other two vets, Basshill refused to review, make correction and apologise. The unprofessional attitude and irresponsible way should not be qualified as a licensed vet.
Do not choose this vet if you have other options. You may risk from given wrong diagnosis and it affects your baby 's health in both short term and long term and also impacts your insurance history.

The staff and vets at Bass Hill Vets are amazing. Many of my furbabies have been clients there for 30 years including my sons cat they saved when he had been bitten by a snake 6 times. I have used them for boarding, all my vet care and grooming They have been caring, gentle and professional. They have often gone beyond to help my sick and dying babies and shown such compassion when helping them cross the rainbow bridge.
Would highly recommend them to care for all furbabies.

Absolutely horrendous service, made me wait 2 hours outside the building with my sick dog. The only dogs ahead of us were dogs receiving vaccinations where each consultation took nearly an hour for a simple 15 min VACCINATION. They told us sick dogs take priority yet made us wait 2 hours outside. If only they told us the ETA would be more than 2 hours, we could have seen 10 other vets in that same time.

Feel they are only interested in the money and not the needs of the pet. Very disappointed. Went elsewhere and was very happy. Won't be back and neither will my family or friends.

Went there to get my dog cremated by Pets at Peace and when I was ready to pick his ashes up almost three weeks later, they couldn't find him at all. Instead of sending his body to be cremated, they put him in the fridge and forgot about him. They totally ruined my last memory of my beloved pet. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Don't go there.

Came here for the first time and they were so accommodating, the service was great and the customer service was good. Our vet was so caring and understanding, no matter how many questions we asked or how many queries we made about keeping our boy healthy she thoroughly explained and didn't get annoyed like a vet in our past who was very condescending each time we asked any kind of questions! The price is also very reasonable for the service they provide compared to a lot of other vets in the area. Upon entering it smelt exquisitely clean and was so neat and tidy, good job guys. You deserve all the trophies on your wall shelf, they say first impressions last a lifetime and this is a first impression we will never forget thank you for your service and ultimate love for our furry babies and their health

My friend had a question to ask about her pet as it has been so hot the pet was inside and when she came home it was vomiting my friend was stressing out about what to do she rung on Friday the 13th and spoke to a rude women she said and i quote "she said i cant tell you anything its like ringing the doctor and saying that my kid is vomiting"
OMG what a rude cow she was worried!!! Then she rung RSPCA who are always the best when it comes to answering any questions you have regarding your pet they told me watch her for 24 hrs that made her feel a bit better is it that hard for that mole to have just said that seriously!! she went to the vet on Monday 16th and saw that rude lady at the front she wanted to give her a piece of her mind anyway i hope her boss sees this and speaks to her because she wont be coming back to that place because of how bad the customer service was and how rude she was she has been using this vet for a long time not anymore.

I have been to this vet many times over the years and have found them quite good..with basic dog issues.I have changed however to a homeopathic vet.
Recently my dog just got up in the morning,and was unable to walk..he was completely paralysed.
We took him here and the vet who treated him was totally unacceptable.
She did not even address the fact that my dog was unable to stand..instead fobbing us off with some antibiotics for an infection!!!
Unhappy with the treatment we took him to an emergency dog hospital that afternoon.Fast forward 4 months..had it not been for us seeking a second opinion my dog would have been left paralysed and would have had to have been euthanised. He had a herniated disc that required extensive surgery..which we were told had to have been done within a certain time of the injury occurring.After regular physio he is walking but has been left with a permanent limp...makes me wonder if we'd totally bypassed this place and sought treatment at an emergency hospital would he have had the full use of all his legs.Not too sure how a vet doesn't even address an issue with a dog that can't even stand up?

AS fabulous vet. We have lived in the area for over 10 years and will only take our animals to this vet, as we have had bad experiences with others. The staff are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. The customers service is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I cannot understand why rainliu would give such a bad rating, like I said I have dealt with them for a long time and have never encountered anything that he/she has mentioned. Sounds like sour grapes to me or perhaps he/she works for or is related to another vet.

Came here for the first time and they were so accommodating, the service was great and the customer service was good. Our vet was so caring and understanding, no matter how many questions we asked or how many queries we made about keeping our boy healthy she thoroughly explained and didn't get annoyed like a vet in our past who was very condescending each time we asked any kind of questions! My friend had a question to ask about her pet as it has been so hot the pet was inside and when she came home it was vomiting my friend was stressing out about what to do she rung on Friday the 13th and spoke to a rude women she said and i quote "she said i cant tell you anything its like ringing the doctor and saying that my kid is vomiting"
OMG what a rude cow she was worried!!! Then she rung RSPCA who are always the best when it comes to answering any questions you have regarding your pet they told me watch her for 24 hrs that made her feel a bit better is it that hard for that mole to have just said that seriously!! she went to the vet on Monday 16th and saw that rude lady at the front she wanted to give her a piece of her mind anyway i hope her boss sees this and speaks to her because she wont be coming back to that place because of how bad the customer service was and how rude she was she has been using this vet for a long time not anymore.

I have been to this vet many times over the years and have found them quite good..with basic dog issues.I have changed however to a homeopathic vet.
Recently my dog just got up in the morning,and was unable to walk..he was completely paralysed.
We took him here and the vet who treated him was totally unacceptable.
She did not even address the fact that my dog was unable to stand..instead fobbing us off with some antibiotics for an infection!!!
Unhappy with the treatment we took him to an emergency dog hospital that afternoon.Fast forward 4 months..had it not been for us seeking a second opinion my dog would have been left paralysed and would have had to have been euthanised. He had a herniated disc that required extensive surgery..which we were told had to have been done within a certain time of the injury occurring.After regular physio he is walking but has been left with a permanent limp...makes me wonder if we'd totally bypassed this place and sought treatment at an emergency hospital would he have had the full use of all his legs.Not too sure how a vet doesn't even address an issue with a dog that can't even stand up?

I always get my dog groomed there and check up there also, have not had any bad customer service.

I am so furious at the groomer within this vet. I spent $70 on GROOMING. I come home abd ny dog is shaved. My japanese spitz with a beautiful coat. Shaved. So so angry right now.

AS fabulous vet. We have lived in the area for over 10 years and will only take our animals to this vet, as we have had bad experiences with others. The staff are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. The customers service is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I cannot understand why rainliu would give such a bad rating, like I said I have dealt with them for a long time and have never encountered anything that he/she has mentioned. Sounds like sour grapes to me or perhaps he/she works for or is related to another vet.
