Disappointing. My dog Hudson was checked into this vet last Sunday afternoon with what we presumed to be a tumour underneath his tongue as he was struggling to breath and drooling everywhere. When we arrived he had a on the spot blood test which took no longer than 15 mins, cancer was not present and ended up having 2 absence's under his tongue. 2 out of 1 absence's was drained during the stay (reason being it was to dangerous to drain the other?). It cost us $1,200.00, all he had was 1 blood test and drained 1 absence (not even the second absence was drained) plus an overnight stay to which we were rushed to pick him up by 8:00am, when arriving there my old man was rushed and when he asked for medication for Hudson he was told to get it from another vet due to him saying his taking him to a local vet.... We had to take him to another vet to have the other 1 drained regardless, he had no cancer or tumour ended up being a blocked saliva gland that got infected. Baulkham hills vet recommended us taking him to another vet hospital in Homebush for a CT scan that costs $2,500.00 for two obvious absences you can see by lifting his tongue. $450 later, both absence's drained (250ml drained 1 gland) at another vet.
