Staff were pleasant and helpful, operation required was done very professionally and very well. Even received help the day after with a minor complication where staff were again very helpful. However my rabbit came back with fleas and when I called (during office hour) I was told by the machine to call back during office hours. The fleas have since proven very resilient and weeks later are still on my rabbit and found their way to my dog as well. Read Less

Receptionist wasn't very helpful, seemed like she wanted me in and out and couldn't help me any further in any enquires. Edited-19.07.17- Called to ask some simple advice, receptionist once again was rude, abrupt and tried to get me off the phone ASAP. Told me no one can help me and to bring my animal in to be checked on. Rather pay an extra $1000 to go to another vet knowing my pet and I will be respected and treated like a customer rather than another number! Absolutely disgusted!!! Read Less
