We are a small animal veterinary group with 2 clinics- one in Berry and our main one in Shoalhaven Heads, NSW. The business is owned by Mark Allison, a 1991 Universtity of Sydney graduate. Mark previousley owned Balgownie Veterinary Hospital in Wollongong from 1991 to 2008. We offer full small animal medicine and surgery facilities and 24 hour emergency cover.

Mark inspires confidence and provides an excellent service at a very reasonable cost. He has looked after our dog and cat for several years and we are very relaxed that they are safe in his hands. He identified a cancerous tumour on our dog early on and performed the surgery to remove it promptly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to unreservedly recommend Mark to other pet owners.

Mark Allison of BerryHaven Vet Group is one of the most generous, kind people I have met.
He has attended to our pet's needs with speed, professionalism, great sensitivity and care.
Mark sends out regular newsletters, with new and improved treatments, with humorous stories, with photos of our pets and has a special VIP pet programme with free services.
On one of the first occasions I met Mark, he had been up all night with a dog by his bedside on a drip. He goes above and beyond in every way doing house calls when needed.
I could not recommend him more highly.

Mark and the staff are fantastic. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Mark is a very good surgeon and is up to date with all the new info and technology.
We recently lost Merlin and I'm sure Mark helped him get to the ripe old age of 15 and he was compassionate with the whole process which was extremely traumatic for us. He even sent flowers - wow that's some vet !
He continues to look after Rupert our 16 yr old Poodle and I have every confidence that he will look after all our pets in the future.
I feel good that he is a ' specialist' vet who only looks after small animals. He sure knows his stuff.

Mark and the staff are fantastic. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Mark is a very good surgeon and is up to date with all the new info and technology.

We have been taking our cats, dog, guineas and rabbits to see Mark for a while now. They are always handled very gently and compassionately which is very important to us. I can rest assured that Mark's expertise and continued research will always be of the best benefit to our animals. Having regular senior free check ups as well as follow-ups is a great benefit of this practice. The staff are professional and helpful with reminders of important vaccinations.

Our beautiful girl JESS laying on the grass. She was such a gentle loving girl to all animals and people. Was playing like a pup 2 days before we lost her. We did not know the extent of our girls illness until it hit her hard. The only solace we have is that Mark took over and had her by him under observation, offering treatments and monitoring her closely.during the day. Sadly that and emergency surgery that evening were not enough to "fix" what we now know was a devastating condition. Mark, we are so grateful of your efforts to help our girl and keep her comfortable in her final hours, we thank you wholeheartedly. Don and Toni

Mark inspires confidence and provides an excellent service at a very reasonable cost. He has looked after our dog and cat for several years and we are very relaxed that they are safe in his hands. He identified a cancerous tumour on our dog early on and performed the surgery to remove it promptly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to unreservedly recommend Mark to other pet owners.

He has attended to our pet's needs with speed, professionalism, great sensitivity and care.

We have been taking our cats, dog, guineas and rabbits to see Mark for a while now. They are always handled very gently and compassionately which is very important to us.
