General Info
The Newcastle Equine Centre is a fully equipped veterinary hospital and surgery for all types of horses. Housed in “The Old Tote Building”, it surrounds Broadmeadow Racecourse in Newcastle NSW. We provide a team of experienced equine veterinary practitioners and can cater for specialist services. We offer a full range of diagnostic options for medical and surgical cases including radiography, ultrasonography and video endoscopy. The centre is equiped to perform a full range of elective soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries as well as emergency surgical procedures around the clock.

An amazing, caring and compassionate team of vets. They were nothing short of amazing when my mare had her foal and unfortunately had to be euthanised leaving me with a 24 hour old orphan filly. I've been able to contact them about any queries I have at all and they haven't hesitated in helping me. Today I had to get the girls to come out to my paddock as my foal had torn her leg open and cut her ear fairly deep, again they were nothing short of amazing. If I could give these guys a higher rating I definately would, keep up your amazing work and thankyou for everything

An amazing, caring and compassionate team of vets. They were nothing short of amazing when my mare had her foal and unfortunately had to be euthanised leaving me with a 24 hour old orphan filly. I've been able to contact them about any queries I have at all and they haven't hesitated in helping me.
