It is a welcoming experience to enter and have the caring staff take immediate notice of your pets predicament and empathise with you as well. We were ushered straight into the Vet who unfortunately confirmed what we already knew about our lovely cat and in a very sympathetic manner took away her pain. A bad situation eased by the lovely people here. Have nothing but the utmost respect for the Greencross staff here. Read Less

Don’t take your sick pet here! After many questions and the vet’s judgemental tone about where I buy flea and tick treatment (supermarket vs vet) we got no treatment, were charged for the waste of time and suggested to see another vet! Not a pleasant experience for me or my vomiting dog. Won’t be going back. Read Less

I have lived in the Illawarra for about 15 years and used to go to this clinic when the original male vets were there and found the clinic great. I knew the older receptionist and she had been helpful with my pets a few times. I once bumped into her in the shops and asked if I could shout her lunch. She made a dismissive wave at me as if I was trying to chat her up and walked off as if I had made a lurid remark. I have never been so insulted, I don't think, in my life. After that I never plan to go back to this clinic again. There really are some great vets and clinics in the area now which are friendly and offer great veterinary work. Read Less

I went once and found it expensive and the vet not very friendly. Though my dog's infection was fixed up okay, I take him to another vet now.

Great service. I think there prices are a bit high. It costs more to take the dog to the vet than for a human to go to the doctor.
