Took my chihuahua there for routine knee surgery and Dr Steve totally botched it. Tightened her leg so far that she wasnt even able to put her leg half down. A year of pain and specialists and therapy...
Took my chihuahua there for routine knee surgery and Dr Steve totally botched it. Tightened her leg so far that she wasnt even able to put her leg half down. A year of pain and specialists and therapy ensued. She ended up a cripple who we had to have put to sleep. From a bright happy dog to nothing but heartache and pain. I wouldnt take my human there.
*edit - because I couldn't reply to you I will respond here Peter. Dr Steve knows who I am and knew my Chiquita. He performed the second surgery free because he had made such a mess out of the first one. Everyday I feel the pain of losing her, I will NEVER forgive the incompetence and lack of care of Dr Steve. Thats what he did to her... the difference of when we took her there and 2 days before we had to have her put to sleep. She was 7 years old.

The customer service was sensational and their prices were also very reasonable.
I was initially very excited to have my little guy groomed for the first time, since he's only a pup but was a little upset when I went to pick him up. The instructions I had left as to how I wanted his facial hair trimmed was not followed and I was not advised that they were going to clip other areas of his body, leaving him with a little cut.
He has come home extremely lethargic and just not himself. I can only wonder what he must have gone through.
The groomer appeared nice enough and seemed to know her stuff, I just wished she would've listened to our requests or at least briefed us a little more on what she had planned to do.
It was after all his first time at the groomers and possibly the last.

A year of pain and specialists and therapy ensued. She ended up a cripple who we had to have put to sleep. From a bright happy dog to nothing but heartache and pain. I wouldnt take my human there.
