Maybe it could have been prevented, or delayed with appropriate testing earlier that year? They didn't even bother to send a condolence card, even though they knew we were regular clients. If you don't think they are offering appropriate testing, ask for it.

No.1 vet - I drive my dog up from Wollongong just to go there because that's how good they are. I first went to Dr. Spot a few years ago and was shocked at how in detail they were and how caring they are - at previous vet clinics I was rushed in and out within 15min at Dr.spot there is no urgency to kick you out I find myself in there for up to an hour sometimes and I know my dog is getting the treatment and attention she needs to find what is making her unwell. The phone calls to update me on her progress are great but what's even better is the on going follow up calls to see how she is doing. Even when one of my dogs passed away I got a heart felt card signed by the whole team which made me cry because it's the little things they do to go above and beyond that make them an AMAZING vet hospital!

Have always taken our furbabies here. They are always so friendly and really love animals and the vets try to limit the stress on them during examinations.Our two cats are both from their car adoption rescue. I was quite concerned about our youngest dog with seperation anxiety going in for an operation but they were brilliant and she wasnt too stressed at all. Can't recommend them highly enough. We now currently have three pets and all go there.
