I don't think I should even give one star to this place. Lost my beloved pet - summer last night. RIP baby summer - you will be missed by your mate Daisy.. We took Summer to this clinic on Friday and advices to admit him... we did it..he was fine eating and drinking him self at that time. It was Easter weekend so I have been advised that he will be cropped feeded on Saturday morning and they will inform me about his progress. They neither did any treatment nor informed me till 9:00 pm Saturday night texting me that he is doing ok. So I was at peace thinking he is getting better. No treatment was conducted on Sunday and no contact was made about his condition. I have been trying whole day to contact clinic to find out how summer is doing.. No news what so ever... on Monday morning I received call from them that summer passed away on Sunday night.... I don't have words to explain how I am feeling right now. Your careless attitude has taken my Summer's life. You are nothing but greedy and careless vets who only cares about your fees and know how to rip off people who loves their pets and you simply take advantage of their emotions. I will never forgive myself to leave summer during his last days to your care thinking he is in safe hands. I do not know how I am going to take care of Summer's mate Daisy - my girl cockatiel Who has been calling for summer from last 3 days.. ONLY GO TO THIS VET IF YOU ARE READY TO LOOSE YOUR PET Read Less

Super impressed with this avian vet clinic. I don't live in Sydney but Rob and the staff were able to consult with me over the phone. I was able to speak to Rob directly on the phone to discuss my bird's health free of charge. He was able to fill a script of medication for my bird and send it to me via courier, so I received it the next business day after I spoke to him. I only had to pay for the medication and shipping. You know that Rob actually cares for your pet's well being, unlike most vets who are only after your money. Highly recommend! Read Less
