Unfortunately I will no longer be bringing my dog here. The treatment received today was disgusting! I was late for my appointment which I called prior to notify. When we came into the clinic my dog barked at another dog that had stood up and came towards us when trying to get on the scale. I was asked to wait outside which was fine. Whilst outside 2 dogs had come out and 1 had come in with no barking from any dogs. I stood outside with my 11 month old and dog for 40mins to be told that it would be a further 45min wait! It was quite hot outside there was no water for the animals and when i complained I was told I should of waited in the car! Now in the past when other dogs have barked no one has been asked to wait outside. I asked for a manager apparently no managers in the afternoon. I left very upset due to the rudeness of staff. Called to get dogs records and manager details was hung up on. Called back to get dogs records was told only a vet can request them which was told by another vet that's not true. Read Less

We have been taking our cats & dogs here for over 17yrs. They have had surgery and been in for observation. We have been happy and felt our pets were in good hands since Dr Agnus Chu bought the practice. Her Veterinary team of Dr's and Specialist Veterinary Nurses support her vision of good health for all cats & dogs from birth, pregnancy to adulthood to living a wonderful old age. Good enough place. Friendly staff. However, they are going to try to make you do many unecessary test to check if your pet is ok. My pet, was just feeling a little down but the bill was 1400 dollars!!!!!!!! And they included " medicine" on the bill before making any test so they wanted to charge me 100 bucks before knowing any results. It literally said on the bill "medicine" 100 dollars, thus I conclude that when they got the results they were going to decide what medicine but the price was already set up. Also, I went there to make an appointment and they told me they could see my pet right away. I did specify that it was an emergency but the bill staten "urgent care". Overall a nice place but be careful on what you spend your money!! Only take the necesary tests. If your pets is feeling bad, do not freak out and wait to see if he gets better first. My pet is much better and he did not take anything. He only had blood drawn for some tests and he was just unenergetic because of sideeffects of heartgard.Read Less

Experience was horrible and traumatic. Came in with a very sick much loved dog and was told straight off, she's most likely going to die and that we shouldn't bother spending the money to make her feel better. Told the vet we'd do anything no matter the cost. The next day went to visit [Thursday], she'd improved a bit and was walking around and looking for food. Told by vet not to expect this to last. Next day, improving continues. Left her there over the weekend with the threat that if we took her home we'd be reported for animal abuse. Come back Monday morning to be told she'd been found dead in her cage and had been resuscitated for our benefit. Different vet on that day told us blood transfusion would have helped her as she was so severely anaemic and this was likely causing her system to fail. Brought their blood donor greyhound in and ordered immediate transfusion. The different vet that had been on previously when we brought our girl in had told us blood transfusions didn't exist in the dog world. Our beautiful girl couldn't stick around long enough to get the transfusion.Read Less

I had a great experience at the Liverpool branch tonight! My goofball Rotti was being a typical noodle head & both the vet & nurse were so calm & caring! Very reliable, helpful and my kitten loves going there. Nala got spayed on Monday and just received a call asking how she was going. Nala came to us the day we moved into our new house, she was left on the street when her owner passed away, we didn't know until they day she gave birth in my hand that she was pregnant. She got very sick a few days after birth and I called a vet and was told the signs she was showing was normal but I wasn't convinced. I call Casula vet hospital as soon as I hung up to the other vets and they arranged an appointment within 30 minutes.she spend 3 days on antibiotic and fluids Iv in the vets then came home with antibiotics, 3 days later and abscess burst on her tummy and ripped the skin and again they had her booked in within 30 minutes for treatment.
