Worst customer service experience from management ever & just a warning DO NOT trust to get your beloved animals groomed here!! We had our very well looked after pure breed Maltese groomed & they came back hacked at, with NO ear hair, no fur, no tail hair & faces completely hacked at like a child did the job with kitchen scissors.
When complained received no service except an offer of a 'fixup' ...with no fur left for a fixup & no trust in the groomer that had already hacked the girls how is this an acceptable offer!?!
Ruby & Tilly will NEVER be back to this vet for grooming or for any vet services due to this & I hope no one else ever suffers by having to look at their beloved fur baby looking so terrible!!
(Deserves no stars but couldn't post without one.)

Dr Mark is a wonderful vet and is a great bloke which makes me feel at ease that our dog is getting the best possible care. He has a real soft spot for our dog and our children LOVE his crazy storie...

My dog was seen on an urgent basis following an injury.Vet Zoe was caring, considerate and really thorough in her examination. All of the staff displayed a caring and friendly attitude. Full recovery ...
My dog was seen on an urgent basis following an injury.Vet Zoe was caring, considerate and really thorough in her examination. All of the staff displayed a caring and friendly attitude. Full recovery and back to normal after a few days.

Worst customer service experience from management ever & just a warning DO NOT trust to get your beloved animals groomed here!! We had our very well looked after pure breed Maltese groomed & they came back hacked at, with NO ear hair, no fur, no tail hair & faces completely hacked at like a child did the job with kitchen scissors.
