I needed to get my cat to a vet in order to make sure she had her worm/tick/flea treatment after seeing her stratch herself so much for a few weeks. having been a bit 'wild' when i first brought her home 6 years ago, it has been difficult to keep up her 'treatent to make her comfortable throughout the year. i finally managed 'grab' her while she was sitting beside me on the lounge, so i was able to get her into her cat carriage, with persistent crying, and brought her in just before closing, and after expaining my situation, they agreed to keep her overnight and 'fit her in' during the following day. she would be given her 'treatment' immediately, which was great relief to me as she had been scratching for a few weeks. She is still partly 'ferrel' and still difficult to 'pick her up' without getting stratched and wounded. I can relax now because she has been examined and given her treatment and now home in her own bed. thank you so much staff and Vet for your assistance in this matter, even though they were 'fully booked' when i arrived just before closing time. Both Petal and i are very happy now,

Couldn't recommend more! The ladies were so great today and even though we had to put our beloved cat to rest they were so respectful and sweet. The whole process was made a lot easier with their car...

Our ragdoll got a tick a few months back and they were the after-hours vet on duty - Beautiful people. We've just started getting our flea treatment from here too, always friendly, happy staff. 👌👌👌

We have been visiting Coffs Veterinary Hospital for many years. They are genuinely caring and compassionate with my dogs as well as other pets. You have the sense of all the pets being almost human to the wonderful staff at Coffs Veterinary Hospital. Their empathy for pet and owner alike is always comforting. I would highly recommend Vicky and her staff as the preferred hospital to take your much loved pet.

I needed to get my cat to a vet in order to make sure she had her worm/tick/flea treatment after seeing her stratch herself so much for a few weeks. having been a bit 'wild' when i first brought her home 6 years ago, it has been difficult to keep up her 'treatent to make her comfortable throughout the year. i finally managed 'grab' her while she was sitting beside me on the lounge, so i was able to get her into her cat carriage, with persistent crying, and brought her in just before closing, and after expaining my situation, they agreed to keep her overnight and 'fit her in' during the following day. she would be given her 'treatment' immediately, which was great relief to me as she had been scratching for a few weeks. We have been visiting Coffs Veterinary Hospital for many years. They are genuinely caring and compassionate with my dogs as well as other pets. You have the sense of all the pets being almost human to the wonderful staff at Coffs Veterinary Hospital. Their empathy for pet and owner alike is always comforting.
