They have looked after and treated my animals in such an amazing way. Pup with a broken leg fixed by a most amazing orthopedic surgeon. I just had to do this review to say how amazing Julia, Stephen and the staff have been whilst looking after our 'precious fur girl' over the past few months. Our dog was a special member of the family, she was old, fairly healthy and had not needed much vet care until recently. Sadly she took a turn for the worse on Thursday morning. I phoned Pacific to get an emergency appointment with Julia, the staff were so accommodating and told us to come straight away. Julia came out to the car to meet us. She is the most caring vet (and person) you could wish to meet. We knew what had to be done, she explained everything that may happen during the procedure so that we didn't have any shocks, she made the whole experience as pleasant and dignified as it could be, allowed us to grieve in private. As if their kindness wasn't enough, we received some beautiful flowers from Pacific Vetcare. We are not ready for another dog right now, but if and when we do get another, I would certainly go back there. Thank you for you kindness and compassion Pacific Vetcare. Read Less

Heartless poor business practice. We brought in our 14 year old loved dog at near death needing to be euthanised. Matt could see the dog was in pain distressed after stroke. He then proceeded to give "options" for our dying dog forcing an extra $70 plus fee for consultation which we did NOT request. Did not notify of this hidden extra or give us the option not to have this fee charged. Totally disgraceful scam all up $207. In VIC mcivor road vet clinic charges $55 when you take dogs body. We took our beautiful fern dogs body and were kicked whilst down by this business. After complaint staff were rude not passing on messages or returning calls. The vet cannot deny the age and near death condition of our dying dog at a glance and had no right to treat us this way and prolong the pain. No offer of refund. SHAME! Read Less
