1.I've never been aloud to actually talk to a vet face to face about my cats issues. 2.He once had to go in for surgery so we brought him a new cage to take him in with, the vet took the cage and gave us back one of there horrible ones, on the way home it broke open and he ran in to traffic, luckily he didn't get hit. 3.Then when we got home we discovered he now had a flea infestation after spending the night at the vet.
