Beware people..... when you think you have settled your account each and every time.... wait for it - you may just receive a several thousand dollar bill over 12 months later. And there will be demands to pay, even after proof of payments. And I know I am not the only one. Word gets around.

Only cares about the money. I had to continually call for updates on my sick horse and struggled to get a call back (a once a day update when i live 300km away is not too much to ask) they treated and...
Only cares about the money. I had to continually call for updates on my sick horse and struggled to get a call back (a once a day update when i live 300km away is not too much to ask) they treated and done tests as they pleased without my consent or knowledge and made excuses not to release him home before hitting me with a ridiculously massive bill. Criminals.

Great guy Ros and as i've heard experienced, but oh boy you don't want to take your pets there because of astronomic price they've got. 700 AUD to put the cat to sleep.

Ross is an amazing vet! Stopped in for an emergency vet visit on holiday, and he did everything he could to make us and our fur baby as comfortable as possible 🐶😍

The worst veterinarians ever, I had a horrible time with this vet, they are very much about the money, they do not care for the animals as much as how much they can make.

I had to continually call for updates on my sick horse and struggled to get a call back (a once a day update when i live 300km away is not too much to ask) they treated and done tests as they pleased without my consent or knowledge and made excuses not to release him home before hitting me with a ridiculously massive bill. Criminals.
