I've brought my fur babies in there a few times and have been a customer of the last few years, I would like to knowledge Corrine and whichever vet approved me to bring in my bunny on random urgent notice. Corrine has always been nice and one of the nurses also that works there (young asian girl) was super nice to me last year i remember.
I've had my animals a long time and know them inside out and pick up what's wrong with them, so I appreciated not being questioned or given a hard time when I wanted to bring her in being pretty certain with was going on.
Much appreciated in a time when owners are very stressed when their little ones are in pain. Alot of vets are rude and not empathetic at all. So good to see warm people exist.

I can't speak highly enough of Todd, Peter & the whole team. They have been caring for our dogs & cats for nearly 20 years now. Recently we had the difficult decision we all eventually face to put our elderly, sick dog to to sleep. The team had cared for Bonnie her whole life. Best vet! Highly recommend all the vets here. We moved into the area 15 months ago and chose them after high recommendations from our friends. They're all incredibly professional and I'm so pleased to have found them. My pooch loves going there! Also their prices are really competitive, our old vet was fab but expensive so we have a double bonus.

No compassion, lack of communication within the office between staff members and an over all rip off. I was told several different prices by several different vets at the clinic for the hospitalization fee per night. They couldn't even get my pets contact name right on our pets documents. Negligent and unprofessional. This is sad for me to say as this clinic has been a part of our lives for many many years. Seems as though it has slowly deteriorated. If you care about your wallet and your pet more so then I suggest you avoid Earlwood Animal Hospital all together. - This is the nicest way I could put it.
My response to your comment:
I actually had expressed my issue to Michelle over the phone about my cats wound looking like it had not been cleaned thoroughly and instead just neglected. Please do not assume I had not voiced my concerns as you were not involved in the conversation between myself and the vet. She then had continued to make it seem as though my cats problem was due to it not being cleaned at home, when in actual fact it seemed to look a lot cleaner at home than it did whilst he was under Earlwoods care and observation. On several occasions I was told he may need a skin graft if it had not gotten any better. I was also told he may have had an underlaying issue as to why the skin was not granulating over the wound (not understanding properly enough that the wound was too deep for any skin to granulate over at any given time.) She mentioned putting my cat through a biopsy. Why is it that when I turned to 2 other professionals for advice they asked me why the previous vet clinic had not acted upon my cats situation in urgency as it was clearly getting worse in time. And finally to answer your question ad to why I turned to the internet... Well all in all, I simply wanted to share my personal experience so that others are aware! Isn't this the reason why Google gives the public the option to review. I was unable to review your services on Facebook as I heard from other people you had disabled reviews to be left. That seemed quite suss to me so I then turned to Google instead. I hope that answers your question.

I visited this practice last weekend. I was incredibly impressed by the knowledge and care provided by both the vets and vet nurses alike. Care and compassion were provided in spades when a very difficult decision had to be made. Prices were amazingly reasonable. Would recommend them to everyone. Very happy!

I've brought my fur babies in there a few times and have been a customer of the last few years, I would like to knowledge Corrine and whichever vet approved me to bring in my bunny on random urgent notice. Corrine has always been nice and one of the nurses also that works there (young asian girl) was super nice to me last year i remember.
I've had my animals a long time and know them inside out and pick up what's wrong with them, so I appreciated not being questioned or given a hard time when I wanted to bring her in being pretty certain with was going on.
Much appreciated in a time when owners are very stressed when their little ones are in pain. Alot of vets are rude and not empathetic at all. So good to see warm people exist.

No compassion, lack of communication within the office between staff members and an over all rip off. I was told several different prices by several different vets at the clinic for the hospitalization fee per night. They couldn't even get my pets contact name right on our pets documents.
