Me and my two dogs have always had the utmost BEST care and treatment from the vets and the nurses. It is reassuring knowing that my pets are in great hands. However, I honestly cannot believe the review made from Stephen Macdonald on here. I was at the clinic when this man came in with his dog. He was demanding a completely free treatment as his nephew or niece are a vet here. He was being so rude and obnoxious to the staff, which was uncalled for as they were simply doing their job, they handled him to the best of his ability. As everyone is aware regardless of whether you are family or not, medicine still needs to be paid for. Cannot believe the stupidity and arrogance of some people. I will continue to bring my dogs in regardless of the cost as their health is my priority!! Read Less

My dogs stitches were taken out too early, they said he'd be fine, he could run, swim, lick it, that he'd be fine. We let him outside to run and within seconds it opened up. We called the vet and they said bring him back in tomorrow! We did, they said just keep him side confined and no running for a week .... why take the stitches out! I got home and had a call "are you still bringing him in for surgery today" .... you sent us home ! I wouldn't recommend this vet clinic to anyone. They just lost my 4 dogs. Read Less

Lost my business after attending this vets for 10 or more years. Advised changed management and the main staff that we dealt with who were absolutely wonderful have been made redundant as they did not want to become fulltime. Gave this place a chance but after last attendance, grooming prices have gone up heaps, no notification, no prices shown, customer just needs to pay and put up with it. Notified by new member that previous groomer was under charging and that we need to pay. Sorry Greenhills Vet but you have now lost a valued long term customer and would not recommend you at all. Ps if the previous groomer (Tony) would like to contact us, we would like to discuss possible grÃoming needs. Read Less
