Liz and her team have been absolutely amazing and professional with their compassion and care in our heart wrenching decision yesterday, to the point Liz came to pick our beautiful boy up from our home when I was unable to get him to her. After all attempts to save Max, we chose to let him go yesterday and this morning Liz arrived at my door with beautiful flowers, a huge hug and tears in her eyes. Don't tell me these people don't love each and every animal that comes through their doors and don't do everything to make them happy and comfortable. This vet is supposedly signed up to the cheap July desexing programme for $165 (for a puppy of 20kg).When I called to book they said that they would first give my dog a health check ($15) and would not accept the two week old one I already had. They told me the cost would total $265. I went to West Gosford who were fantastic, charged the advertised $165 and explained the optional extras (a head cone for $15) and take home pain killers. They did a great job and I see that they even clipped my dogs nails free of charge. I find it very cynical that this vet offers a cheap service to get free publicity and does not in fact offer that price. Money grabbing, cynical behaviour. West Gosford is the place to go! Read Less

Kaiser was seriously Ill as Tyson mounted her and the vet told us that we must not have heard her cause she definetly told us to keep them separate. Basically calling us a liar. Liz and her team have been absolutely amazing and professional with their compassion and care in our heart wrenching decision yesterday, to the point Liz came to pick our beautiful boy up from our home when I was unable to get him to her. This vet is supposedly signed up to the cheap July desexing programme for $165 (for a puppy of 20kg).When I called to book they said that they would first give my dog a health check ($15) and would not accept the two week old one I already had.
