It was our first time seeing Dr Yap, he was amazing, caring and gentle. My daughters little rat needs an operation otherwise it will most likely pass on. Dr Yap was very thorough, he took the time to explain to my 11 year old daughter the reasons for the operation and what was to be expected. I will now take all my animals to see Dr Yap. Awesome Dr and also very friendly and caring vet nurse. Read Less

I used to take my dog here regularly for checkups. He had a firm lump on the side of him (which was different from his fatty lumps) for over a year but the vet said it was nothing and left it. We eventually took him to another vet who tested it which confirmed for it to be a mast cell tumor that had to be removed. The new vet was great and after the surgery our dog made a fast recovery and has had more energy since. I am really disappointed at Forestville vet for not picking this up and dealing with it properly, and we are lucky we did not leave it longer. Needless to say I will not be going back here again.
