PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE ! Last week after what was insisted to my family to be a safe surgery, we took our little girl home ready to care for her in recovery, instead we have spent this time having to fight for her life (our girl was fighting with us), and being faced with decisions we never wanted to make. She came home covered in her wee, confused and paralysed. After the matter she was further misdiagnosed, drugged up on unnecessary medications, and none of you in clinic seemed to care. Although you should. Last night we said our goodbyes to our baby girl. Our household feels empty and our hearts are broken. In faith, i am trying to forgive all of you. Each and every single one of your staff; nurses, receptionists and all, including yourself Donna. What are you all there for? For the deep love you have for animals? To help those who seek aid for their loved ones - all these people who are putting their trust in you? Do you just do this for a paycheck? If all of you had a dollar for each time you had to ask donna to do anything in this clinic, you'd be filthy rich. I find it so odd. The industry you are all in is one requiring passion and compassion beyond measure. If you don't have that, let people who do take over...you cant be doing this to families. One of the times we had brought our baby Bella in for an emergency consult - for after whatever you had done to her she was now paralysed from the waist down and incontinent - there was a grieving family who had lost one of their little family members. Two brothers and a little sister, who brought their baby in for cremation. The lady at the front desk had the conversation about cremation in front of a handful of us in the reception area, as if it were just another normal day for these people. She was reluctant in taking the pet and wanted to ask Donna if they "hold bodies in the clinic" and that they could have a communal cremation for $100 if they couldn't afford the private. There was no privacy or care for them, they weren't taken into a consultation room to have this discussion, but more importantly didnt get to say their last goodbye. It was as though it was just another exchange and payment. Our baby was full of life and love before we brought her to you, we originally came in for a nail clipping and everything else that you persisted she have done to her was just a downhill slope from there. You didnt even clip her nails properly! I wish we would have known better and listened to our intuition. 🚩I urge everybody please if you are thinking about taking your beloved fur baby here to help them - you are risking their life. The gamble of whether you'll get to take your babies back home safe or seeing them suffer and having to say your goodbyes is NOT worth the risk. 🚩 Please go to a vet that makes your little one feel safe, and one that brings you comfort to know they're in good, safe hands. These little ones deserve tender, love and care and COMPLETE UNDIVIDED attention when being attended to. Nothing less. In memory of our Bella, she had personality, sass and was overflowing with love up until the very end. She made mine and my families lives all the much richer. A big irreplaceable spot in our hearts she holds forever and if i had it my way, she'd still be here. I hope to see her in the next life. Read Less

My 13 year old cat was sick. Donna suggested a blood test. I called to get the blood test results and was told by the vet Raf my cat had hyperthyroidism. Donna also suggested an abdomen ultrasound for cancer and surgery to remove my cat's thyroid. A week after surgery my cat stopped eating. Donna suggested a steroid injection. My cat stopped eating again after a week. I called Donna. She told me a steroid injection only lasts for 10 days. She suggested I give my cat a steroid tablet daily to get her to eat. I told Donna I refuse to keep my cat drugged just to get her to eat. I told Donna I wanted my cat euthanized. I had my cat cremated. Donna told me I would get a phone call when they had received my cat's ashes. I didn't receive a phone call, so I called on a Saturday. The receptionist told me my cat's ashes had not arrived. On Sunday I was opening my front window vertical blinds in the afternoon, and I saw a white box on my front fence. I saw the words Pets to Rest on the box. I was shocked and disgusted my cat's ashes were left on the front fence for anyone to have taken the box. I sent an email to Donna about what happened. She told me the work experience vet had offered to drop off my cat's ashes because she lived near me. I did not get a phone call to let me know my cat's ashes would be delivered to me if I was home. Donna emailed me stating I will get a phone call or a letter from the work experience vet to apologise for what she had done. I have lost all respect for Donna, and I will not accept an apology from them. I do not recommend this vet clinic to anyone. Read Less

🚫🚫🚫 BEWARE 🚫🚫🚫 😠 From the moment I entered and received a cold reception from Bec 🥶, it was clear this would be the worst vet experience I've ever had. With all the talk of a pandemic, they mandate a parvo test. Yet, trying to get this test elsewhere? Almost impossible. They’re forcing a pointless $90 parvo test 🙀 upon every visit feels less like genuine concern and more like an upsell strategy. Their communication is equally lacking. After a visit, expect radio silence 📞. No calls, no results, no discussion of potential treatment options. Tragically, their lack of compassion isn't just in their communication. They treated a dying stray cat without mercy, offering no euthanasia option. Instead, they pursued a costly and futile treatment that led to debt, death, and heartbreak💔 . Their actions seemed to prioritize lining their pockets 💸 over genuine care. The pinnacle of my horror was when my beloved 16-year-old cat Coco was left to die a painful death in front of two treating vets instead of being euthanized, even though I had requested it. It was their final attempt to squeeze every last dollar from a dying cat, they saw another opportunity to extract money, charging $700 for Coco's agonizing final moments, the scumbags. I've visited many reputable clinics, and this place is a stark contrast. Its operations are shadowy, and their seeming non-compliance is alarming. You're more likely to interact with receptionists and nurses than the treating vet. If you're trying to reach the latter, good luck 🍀. For the pain and trauma they've inflicted, I loathe this place. 📣🚫 Avoid these heartless profiteers. They should reconsider their practices or face being shut down. And I'll see them in court! ⚖️ If you've faced similar problems with this vet clinic 🏥, please voice your concerns to the "Veterinary Practitioners Board of New South Wales" (VPB NSW) 🐾. Also, think about filing a complaint with "Fair Trading NSW" 📝 for consumer-related matters. By acting 🚶‍♂️, you can help prevent others from facing the same painful experiences 💔. Read Less

It's very rare I make complaints like this: The grooming services (advertised on the website) we received for Frankie was very poor. When we picked up Frankie: -We were first met with many apologies from the nurses saying they couldn't cut him like I wanted (I knew that already but I still wanted an even job at least.) -He was uneven EVERYWHERE. I initially asked for a "Teddy Cut" (I also provided a photo) and they advised me that they will "do their best" (I take responsibility that when I heard that I should have not proceeded). I replied, "that's fine, just make him nice and EVEN." They said "of course". -We were told that Frankie was not groomed by a groomer but by the vet nurse; we're not so sure now if she was actually qualified to perform grooming services (they advised us earlier that they were given the "seal of approval" by the groomer). -We picked up Frankie very late, an hour after their closing time. All day they wouldn't give me an ETA so I was simply waiting for a call. They said they spent over 5 hrs grooming him (as an excuse) but obviously this is the case because someone else cut him. Frankie also seemed traumatized with his tail between his legs; the groomers in the past always presented him in a happy state. -They charged us $75 which is higher than most pro groomers we've been to and they refused to give us back any refund. As a result, Frankie is now getting groomed for the 2nd time elsewhere to shape him and even him out. I had trusted that this business would do a good job and that Frankie will be given to someone who has specialized skills in grooming.Read Less

Read Less

I have been coming here since November last year. I'll admit that I was little hesitant because of some of the negative reviews, but I was glad that i did. I got my desexed here because they are registered with the NDN. I've been going back ever since. The vets are very good at their jobs. The staff are super friendly. Prices are good, too. They are always looking after my Zara. No issues whatsoever. ps: thank you for always listening and answering my stupid questions, haha. This is our vet and I'm definitely sticking with them until the end of time.
