Did you even read my review???? I am talking about you guys giving me a total different price with desex and all other services which i already asked over the phone. And when i arrived you guys spoke in the waiting area and change the price!!!! Infront of all other customers. Do not waist peoples time!
I desex my other cat somewhere else before and trust me the service was allot better than what i got from you guys.
No need to replay with your stupid comments back just to tey to make your self look good. And twist the story around.
My experience with clinic has left me disappointed, ashamed and mislead.
I rang them enquiring about my cat getting desexed and what needed to be done, and so they quoted me around $250 All was well until i brought in my cat. They gave me a completely different quote to what i quoted over the phone. Mind you, the waiting room was full of people and everybody heard the receptionist quote me this new amount $700+ i was shocked, i felt deceived , i was trapped and embarrassed to even decline seeing as eveyone listening to our conversation would judge me. Had she given me the full quote over the phone, i would happily consider my options and take my cat elsewhere.
Heres my advice: be careful when you get quoted from here as you will get trapped and sucked in. Its just plain rude.

Customer service from the front line staff and nurses, fantastic.
However, I question the integrity of the vet physicians, one in particular.
Twice we have been disappointed in how they have approached the wellbeing of our pets and their delivery of treatment.
They have disregarded our concerns and questions, causing further unnecessary issues.
We will never entrust our pets to this vet clinic again.
I would have rated a higher score for the lovely customer service from receptionist to nurse staff but it would be misleading because the main concern at this clinic are the ethics and medical conduct of the actual vet physicians.

Our dog was recently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. He saw Catriona who was so gentle and kind and treated him quickly and correctly. They even followed up with a telephone call to check how he was going a week later. Also the nurses are so helpful and always make you feel welcome.

Did you even read my review???? I am talking about you guys giving me a total different price with desex and all other services which i already asked over the phone. And when i arrived you guys spoke in the waiting area and change the price!!!! Infront of all other customers. Do not waist peoples time!
I desex my other cat somewhere else before and trust me the service was allot better than what i got from you guys.

However, I question the integrity of the vet physicians, one in particular.
Twice we have been disappointed in how they have approached the wellbeing of our pets and their delivery of treatment.
