Absolutely Disgusting and inhumane money hungry and taking advantage of peoples love for there pets !! The vet was huffing and puffing like she didnt want to be there after we paid close to $250 dollars for an not even 10 minutes of her time and when i asked her for a diagnoses was told "Thats nothing to worry about" I only had a few simple questions i had such anxiety was so worried about my staffy/pitty . One week later i have my dog having a overnight stay and on the drip. Kelly promised to compensate me 100 dollars, and stood up for her Vet saying "she must of been having a bad day" and i still havent seen the money 4 weeks later ! She also promised to send my dogs report across to my local vet and this was never done days later i have to race her into my local and all the info we needed was not there !!! She also wanted a copy of my Bank Statement, BSB and account number if i havent seen the refund and its been 4 weeks ,what is she doing with this information now ??? i have reported this to the bank. I have read so many great things about this vet so when my local vet switched to this one for after hours care I was comfortable. However, having to actually use the after hours care has been a traumatic experience. I waited an hour even though I booked an appointment, my dog had to stay overnight the emergency surgery was completed nearly 24 hours after I was told it would be. I had no phone updates and I waited nearly an hour to pick him up despite a booked appointment. Pretty disappointed. Read Less

I would recommend this place because of the staff that work in there. The ladies at the reception was very polite to me on the phone and in person when I went there. Really great vets here. They know what they're doing here and they have a lot of skill. All staff members that I've interacted with were very kind and understanding. I also feel that the money I was charged here was my h more reasonable than other veterinary clinics. I feel like I can really trust this veterinary hospital. It's definitely worth the commute. Very happy with the service received for my pet however as it was on the weekend the consult fee was $190 plus any treatments. You can get away with that if you're the only vet open on weekends. We have been taking our dog here since the first day we got him an the staff have been wonderful, friendly. Today we rushed our dog in an the moment we arrived 2 wonderful staff members came out with a stretcher to help bring him in once inside they looking after him and started doing tests to determine what was wrong when the vet found what the issue was she came to me an my daughter and explained what was wrong it was not good news but the wondergul lady vet was so kind, understanding, polite to us an explained everything in detail on what the best action was to take the vet sn the wondergul staff helped us through the next painful hours unfortunately we lost our beloved dog but the vet an staff were absolutely beauitiful wonderful to us it made it so much easier to walk away with out being able to take our family dog home I would highly recommend them to anyone as they go way beyond to helping you. Today I was booked in for 2pm for an appointment, I was taken in 30 minutes later with one of the vets that was behind the counter mucking around with the other vet, he tried his heart out to sell me all of his products and after saying no! He kept going .when I went to pay it took 30 minutes to pay my bill due to no one knowing how to use the computer invoicing system, since the owners have changed I will be taking my business elsewhere, I have never experienced such poor service from Ingleburn Vet! We are so thankful to Dr Corinne James and her team for saving our furbaby. Corinne went above and beyond to give the upmost care to our girl even though she had a complicated issue. The team and Ingleburn Vet were so helpful to us when we came and visited our dog and they always made us fell welcome during what was a stressful and sometimes very sad time. I have used the services of the Ingleburn Veterinary Hospital twice, once for Lawrence and a few days ago for Elly Belly, both bearded collies. I am a former RSPCA Inspector. In both situations my dogs were taken to the hospital in crisis situations, firstly Lawrence who became critically ill with a spleenal abscess and who was close to death on arrival. I had phoned the clinic to let them know I was coming and was greeted by two lovely staff who stretchered Lawrence into the clinic with great care and he was immediately assessed and stabilised. I was even allowed to stay with him for some time before he was taken into surgery. I waited in the waiting area for the surgery to be completed and as soon as Mark could he came out to let me know what he had found and that Lawrence had got through the anaesthetic well, despite being so critically ill. Lawrence remained in the hospital for some time being a very old dog and such major surgery. I went into visit him a couple of times each day while he was there and was always greeted by friendly staff. Lawrence recovered very well and went onto live happily for some years after. The second dog that I took to the clinic was Elly Belly who was in a critical condition as well after an abscess broke in her kidney and caused a septic situation. She was stabilised and I was told that if she was to have a chance of survival she needed to go to the Animal Referral Hospital at Homebush. The staff helped me to organise her transport and stretchered her out to the transporters van taking great care of her while doing so and placing the drips she was on carefully into the vehicle. They even allowed us to take a pump for the drip to regulate the flow which was returned on my way home that day. Elly is still at the hospital at Homebush and has undergone extensive surgery, but thank goodness is now in the recovery stage after being critical for some days. I am very certain that on both of the occasions I have presented dogs at this surgery, neither would have survived had it not been for the level of expertise that the Ingleburn Veterinary Hospital provided to them in their crisis situations. I recommend this hospital unreservedly and I hold this clinic in the highest of regards. Mark is a wonderful / friendly man and a very skilled surgeon, the staff really wonderful careing people, as well. Yes you may pay a bit more but they are worth every dollar of it and will provide the highest level of care that your pet needs. I thank Mark and all the staff at this surgery for all they have done for my animals. My only disappointment was that my most recent visit I had to have the operation done at another hospital, by vets I was unfamiliar with. I look forward to when my Elly Belly comes home and that she will hopefully be able to have her follow up treatments done at the Ingleburn surgery. Read Less

Worse experience of my life the owner spoke to us and recommended we put a pup down due to pavo simply because by the sounds of it he was so much work to take care of he was cold hearted rude and simply carried on about how expensive it is to keep animals overnight and medication and im pretty sure my friend paid 3000 for the dog to be treated in a week how appaling i left in shock if i could go back in time i would recover from my shock just to slap him we no longer go there and highly recommend noone else does Read Less
