Kind & compassionate to owners & pets alike. Were very supportive & gentle when I had to put my cat to sleep (even sent me a sympathy card which meant a great deal to me) & have always taken such wonderful care of my puppy that she loves to visit them. When my puppy was hit by a car we rang ahead to tell them we were on our way & they were already waiting at the door for her as I arrived & were clear every step of the way as to what was happening with her. Made me a cup of tea to calm me & kept me informed through the day then rang to check up on her recovery after she came home.
People have made several comments on price but they are definitely cheaper & more open about pricing than my previous vet. Read Less

I take my very naughty dogs, a husky and a German shepherd into Coast Animal Health, and they are always really looked after. After getting both desexed there, I really appreciated getting text messages to inform me that they were out of surgery and recovering well, and follow up texts to check on their recovery at home. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks guys! Read Less

Complete lack of consistency through treatment being passed from vet to vet. Heavily overpriced without the service you would expect. Medications are double the price. If you must go here would suggest getting a script and buying the meds elsewhere. My dog had a very dire outcome from actions of these vets that should not have happened. My advice is to go elsewhere. Read Less
