Karuah Veterinary Clinic is absolutely amazing, such wonderful, caring and compassionate vets and nurses. Yesterday was one of the hardest decisions we had to make about our beloved Holly who was part of the family for 15 years. The time taken by the Vet and Nurse to help us with our decision was wonderful. They went above and beyond! Assisting us and giving us options, while taking the time to explain everything with such care and compassion for us and Holly. So supportive a...nd reassuring with the decision we made and they did everything they could to make it as comfortable and memorable as possible. Im so sorry I read your name badges 100 times but couldn't comprehend anything to remember your names as I wanted to thank you personally. Please make sure the lovely vet and nurse who worked Thursday 16th March is thanked and able to see this to be made are aware of our appreciation. Best vet ever! Been using them for 10 yrs I have had payment plans for my sick animals where no other vet seemed to care . the staff rock!
