My staffy is a little petal an hates the vet's, but is less scared at k Vale, she loves Katrina an is fine with the other vet's, I never have a problem getting in, unfortunately we had to as I suspected put our little lorikeet Finn down, my daughter was heart broken although Finn was kicked out of the nest in the wild an she never grew flight feathers had lasted over two year's, before getting a chest infection, she was Clearly struggling so we walked in without an appointment, an saw a vet within a few minutes, he explained to my daughter that she needed to be put to sleep and did not rush her or I, although heartbreaking seemed a little easier in our experience at K Vale vet's thanks guys Read Less
