My 16 year old cat began to require critical medicine monthly to stay alive. I would always order two weeks ahead of time to find that they had on 3 seperate occasions lost it, not ordered it or sold ...
My 16 year old cat began to require critical medicine monthly to stay alive. I would always order two weeks ahead of time to find that they had on 3 seperate occasions lost it, not ordered it or sold it to someone else. The receptionist was horribly incompetent and rude. The vets were good but I just can't ever go back there again this cat is family and they didn't have the care needed to help me. Going to lake Rd vet from now on.
