Absolutely appalling attitude and care. Sophie was very rude over the phone, and left me in near tears. Hubby took dog in and found the place filthy. Upon bringing dog in, there was blood left all over the floor. Our dog was terrified and we should have just left then, but there was a bunch of confusion. Dog was given sedation and noted they had not weighed him. Phone call received at 11 saying testicle had not descended, very accusatory toward me on phone saying why didn't tell them. When I phoned two weeks ago, I actually stated it took awhile for what my husband and I both thought they had descended. Her tone and attitude were inappropriate. I called again an hour later and also was given the third degree and disgusting attitude. At this stage I was distraught because our dog is our child, and I was very concerned about his welfare.
The dog didn't feel comfortable as soon as he went in, we should have gone with our instinct and refused surgery. Read Less
