Really impressed with Dr. Joanna Curry. I usually see Dr Gwilym Hunt who is exceptional and always spot on with his diagnosis. However, on his day off I booked in with Joanna who I also found to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. She was sensitive to the concerns I had about a procedure and talked me through the pros and cons reassuring me that it didn’t need to be done at this late stage of my 15 year old dog’s life unless a complication occurred. She didn’t make me feel like a bad pet owner for fearing the procedure might take my pet’s life. She also accurately diagnosed my dog’s problem. I have visited this vets a few times with both of my puppies, I have found that I have had to revisit them for the same problem again. They wern’t diagnosed properly, for something as an upset stomach, in my opinion they seemed liked they don’t have the experence. I went elsewhere and got antibiotics straight away, after my puppy had an upset stomach for over a week. Read Less

Great vets, have been going there for years. Moved miles away but still go there as very happy with the care they give my 3 cats (2 aging). Communication is excellent, always kept posted on progress. One of my cats had his bowel removed due to serious chronic disease and hasn't looked back. Years later, healthier than ever! Very happy! Read Less

I had been to many vets in the inner west and found that they have been unable to diagnose the condition affecting my dog, let alone provide good advice or treatment. I took him to annandale and it was quickly assessed that he had a slipping kneecap, they recommended surgery and since having that done he doesn't limp anymore. Highly recommended! Read Less

We having been taking our cats here for a little while and have generally liked the service provided by the vets and staff. Recently we took our cat in for immunisation and a blood glucose curve. When I dropped her off I asked for the price of the treatment and was advised that the cost would be $160. When we picked the cat up we were charged $283 and the immunisation was not carried out (due to a conflict with medication). After speaking with Gwylim the issue was resolved to our satisfaction - he was apologetic and easy to deal with. We'll keep going back here, but we really would have preferred a phone call to seek consent for additional services. Read Less
