They put our puppy through all her vaccinations, desexing, microchipping etc. They attended to her brilliantly when our girl ripped some of her paw pad off and they put her through puppy preschool and the staff are so caring and friendly and they all know that our pets are our kids and they harmonise with that and take that in to consideration. It was an expensive procedure due to the involved surgery and time needed to get him well again but Bec reduced the price as much as she could which we really appreciated. He came home happy & well, sporting a new haircut (which we had agreed on) with the latest razor cut up the back - very nice. Keen St changed my dog's life; the vets who treated him are not only good vets in a medical sense, they were sensitive to him as an individual with individual needs. He loved going to the vet! At all times they communicated with me with respect and care; I was never put in the position of feeling like an owner who would not understand the details or who was 'over-invested' in her four-legged friend. The prices were extremely reasonable. Finally, Keen St undertakes a considerable amount of unpaid work for injured local wildlife (including, but not exclusively, koalas). This quiet dedication to the lives of local animals in need also speaks volumes about this wonderful clinic and all of its fantastic staff. Read Less

Keen St changed my dog's life; the vets who treated him are not only good vets in a medical sense, they were sensitive to him as an individual with individual needs. He loved going to the vet! At all times they communicated with me with respect and care; I was never put in the position of feeling like an owner who would not understand the details or who was 'over-invested' in her four-legged friend. The prices were extremely reasonable. Finally, Keen St undertakes a considerable amount of unpaid work for injured local wildlife (including, but not exclusively, koalas). This quiet dedication to the lives of local animals in need also speaks volumes about this wonderful clinic and all of its fantastic staff. Read Less
