We took our dog on Saturday morning, with signs of a snake bite. When she arrived at greencross vet they did blood tests / X-rays and they said she has been bitten by a tick but they could not find the tick... they gave her treatment for a tick bite and said that they are closing at 12:30 so we need to pick her up (this visit cost roughly $900 for 3 hours) Over the weekend she got worse and was not moving, she was rushed to another vet and they straight away treated her for a snake bite. They also took bloods and they confirmed it was a snake bite. Unfortunately it was too late and we had to put her down, if she was treated straight away she would be fine now. They did not care about the welfare of the dog at all, it's just about the money. Read Less
