We are a family-run mixed animal practice meaning we care for all species from the size of a mouse through to a cow. We aim to provide an experienced, modern, professional and compassionate care for your pets and livestock at our veterinary hospital or on your farm

I want to say a big thank you to the staff at Ironmines who recently helped my horse when she came down with colic. They were very supportive during a stressful time. Our dog also loves visiting the clinic when we bring him in for his vaccinations because he is given great attention as well as lots of treats and pats. Thank you Ironmines for treating all of our family pets!

These Vets are brilliant, and are there for you 24/7. Nothing is too much trouble for them, even getting called in early one Sunday morning when my 5 month old puppy ate a rock. It is also obvious the Vet Nurses love their work, and the Clinic charges are more than reasonable.

A big Thankyou to the Lloyd. He opened up at 930pm to help with my daughters dog who was very sick. He told my daughter when she rang the next morning her dog would have been dead if it had not got medical attention when she did. He was kind, caring and gentle and I would refer anyone to him. Thankyou so much.
