I have never been so disappointed with a vet, I took my puppies down for a check up and thought the service was very good then the trouble started the blood test taken it took repeated requests for the results after 3 -4 weeks finally went to the surgery and asked why I could not get the results (they blamed the internet service) they spoke to me and I booked the puppies in for the procedures required for today I arrived at the clinic @ 9.15am to be greeted by a sign saying sorry they have a emergency call out and a funeral to attend extremely upset I brought my puppies home I receive a phone call at 9.46 asking if I was still bringing the puppies down ?????? advised about the sign on the door and was told it was from yesterday (it was not dated) there surgery hours are 9am to 7pm and @ 9.15am I expected them to be open This was the last thing I will be changing Vets and as word of mouth can cause damage to business will be extremely verbal regarding the treatment from the surgery Read Less

Dr Jenny has been our 3 dogs vet for over 13 years. They adore her. Max unusually love visiting her clinic for check ups, nail clips, vaccinations and picking up meds. The staff are so helpful. When we had the hardest decision of letting go Jerry, Jenny was in the room with us from the start til we had to go. She comforted us in such a depressing situation. I was looking for a new local vet and remebered seeing a post on the Holsworthy fb page asking for a good local vet, so I searched until I found it. Many of the recommendations were for NAC and Jenny so I made an appointment for the following day and I was not disappointed. Jenny was great with my dog Jett and explained everything, from test to diagnosis, medication and ongoing care. Jenny was thorough, didn't rush us out the door and price was reasonable.
