I saw the information at Petbarn & decided to go to Greencross after seeing all the benefits offered to our customers, once there I decided to move all of my pets to Greencross when they needed care because the staff & clinic where so nice & well presented, it was also good to have a membership option with lots of benefits rather then insurance, I’ve now seen 4 of there Vets for my pets & can safely say all are caring & very knowledgeable.

I took my dog there for a desex. She definitely got a VIP treatment with constant updates and photos of how my dog was doing. My dog was back to normal after 24 hours. The wound heals up nicely with laser surgery. Highly recommended.
Pricing was fair.
Good service with super friend staff.

Went their today 1st time. Won't be going back. It was just chaos. No one seamed to know what was going on people and their pet were just piling up and spilling out the front door. During the consultation the vet left the room 3 times and when people entered the room they didn't knock which is fine I'm just glad I was still holding my dogs lead or he would have ran off.
Even when I called to make the appt bad phone manner and said she would call me back then didn't call me back i had to call again I should have taken that as a hint an went else where.

They would charge you $70 for consultation, then writing a script and medication fee are on top. The vets are quite impatient when you want to know the details of the cost. I would not go back again.

The staff are very nice. The only thing that really annoys me is they preferred filling my kitten with antibiotics than trying to find out, through exams, why his lips were swollen. If it is just a daily check up, they are ok. If it is something serious, I would recomend going to other vet.

I have an elderly dog and she deserves proper care. I have finally moved AWAY from Greencross to get her proper care. Among my gripes: at Greencross, I rarely saw the same vet. They failed to get on top of allergies my dog suffered. Their reminders for cartrophen (arthritis) injections had no pattern and seemed to shortened each time (revenue raising). She was prescribed a medicine worth $60 per month. My new vet has this managed with a tablet worth just 20c per week!!!! In house urine tests were between $70 to $170 - just to look at a piece of wee on a slide under a microscope! Most disturbing of all... my new vet has found my dog has CANCER and this was never detected by Greencross during any of my dogs check ups. After witnessing my new vets proper, thorough checkups, I have realised that GREENCROSS is MORE ABOUT THE CASH, LESS ABOUT THE CARE.
Greencross, overcharging me to the level you have is disgusting. To follow that up with failing in the care of my dog is unforgivable. With my new vet, her allergies are now under control. Hopefully her cancer is not too far advanced...

I almost didn't come here because of those reviews, but I'm very glad I reconsidered! The staff were very friendly and the vet was fantastic.

I took my puppy to this vet today instead of my usual vet due to convenience, rushing after work. The vet there was extremely rude, asking me "what are we doing at home?", to which I explained my concern that my puppy may have a UTI. She then looked at me as if I was stupid and repeated "yeah, but what are we doing at home?". When I asked her to clarify what she meant, she then explained herself with exasperation, as if the question she had asked made any sense in the situation. She then did absolutely nothing for us, telling us that judging by the 2 drops of pee she managed to get from my pup she didn't think it looked or smelt like he had a UTI. She proceeded to charge us $62.40 for doing absolutely nothing for us, for a 'consultation' that lasted about 5 minutes. Any other vet I've been to would not have charged in this situation. My puppy is an attention seeker and loves everyone, but he was crying and wanted to be nowhere near her. He's always all over my usual vet. Save yourself the time and money, and go elsewhere.

Manager very rude and obnoxious, never retained calls, had to keep calling myself for blood test and urine tests results they kept losing.

Went their today 1st time. Won't be going back. It was just chaos. No one seamed to know what was going on people and their pet were just piling up and spilling out the front door. Ripped off, you would expect paying 5 times more than other vets for a check up and infection type of medication. I have an elderly dog and she deserves proper care. I have finally moved AWAY from Greencross to get her proper care. Among my gripes: at Greencross, I rarely saw the same vet. I almost didn't come here because of those reviews, but I'm very glad I reconsidered! The staff were very friendly and the vet was fantastic.

Very Bad experience with both chances i gave them, thanks to there lack of animal care my puppy got really sick and ended up costing me over $1100 for there lack of service. Manager very rude and obnoxious, never retained calls, had to keep calling myself for blood test and urine tests results they kept losing.
