Moruya Animal Hospital is a new purpose built veterinary hospital designed, equipped and staffed to provide the highest quality service to clients and a corresponding level of care to patients. The hospital was founded by local veterinarian Dr Kerry Jackson in February 2014. Kerry, has been a qualified veterinarian since 1988 and has spent most of her career working in a range of animal hospitals in Australia and overseas. Kerry gained her initial post-graduation veterinary experience at Batemans Bay, Moruya, and Braidwood and returned to Moruya to live and work in 2002. Since that time Kerry has built a reputation for competence and integrity amongst clients and recognition of genuine compassion for her patients.
In late 2013, Kerry decided that it was time to pursue her dream of opening her own practice with the primary aim of meeting the needs of her many existing clients whilst offering a service to further her special interest in small animal medicine and surgery.
Moruya Animal Hospital opened in February 2014 and is the culmination of that dream. Whilst a relatively small practice (and deliberately so), it is fully equipped and designed with your pet’s wellbeing in mind.
