We had been happy with the service, and been going here for a few years until our dog underwent unnecessary surgery for something she DID NOT NEED. This "error" on their part cost us approx $2300.00, apart from what they put our beloved dog through for NO GOOD REASON. We will never trust them again.There are other good vets in the area. Not normally a client of Moss Vale Veterinary Hospital, but my usual vet, Bowral Veterinary Hospital, is out of action due to the fire last week. I had an eye emergency with our interesting cat, Fizzle, and was directed to Moss Vale. They Fizzle in immediately, no waiting, and discovered an abscess on her eye. Jame's skill, care and advise is outstanding as are those of all the staff. Like many others by the looks, we've regularly traveled far (from Wollongong) to bring both our dogs here and only wish we'd found the team earlier in their lives.
