We first called Dr Ayman when our 17 year old cat became seriously ill, as our regular vet kept saying she had dementia.

We first called Dr Ayman when our 17 year old cat became seriously ill, as our regular vet kept saying she had dementia.
The receptionist was lovely and very understanding. Dr Ayman did a house call and knelt down on the floor to examine Tasha as she lay on her bed. He was so caring of our beloved cat and also with my son and myself.
3 years later we have a new puppy and didn’t hesitate to go to Dr Ayman for a puppy check. He was so thorough and explained everything to me. He was so patient as I asked lots of questions and was very reassuring.
I’m so grateful we have found such a caring vet who knows his stuff.
Our puppy wasn’t at all distressed during his examination and even gave Dr Ayman a lick on the chin.
I cannot recommend Narwee Vet Hospital high enough. Thank you.

the staff were lovely all three girls treated me very well although the groomer that comes in is very rude, she had no customer service what so ever and had the nerve to talk about how so called "i cant maintain my cat" to one of the staff. the fact that she had said this loud enough for me to hear has turned me off and i will not be sending my cat there to be shaved again! rude !!!!

The best Veterinary experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in the door right on closing time after my cat (Rocky) had been attacked by a possum Dr. Malak and his fellow staff performed emergency surgery saving my cats life. Thankyou Dr Ayman Malak, you saved my precious cat Melody, I'm forever grateful that you decided to hold off very evasive surgery due to a massive hairball blockage in her stomach and most of her bowel, had surgery been performed at 12 years of age and given her condition at that point of time her survival rate would have been minimal. Your prognosis to try alternative procedures of different medications and many X-rays, finally paid off as the blockage shifted in both directions and came out. I highly recommend you to all my friends not many vets would meet me at their surgery at 11 o'clock at night and kept me updated throughout this ordeal. Many thanks to your wonderful and very helpful nurses on my many daily visits during this traumatic time for me and my family, because of you we still have our precious girl Melody.

We first called Dr Ayman when our 17 year old cat became seriously ill, as our regular vet kept saying she had dementia.
The receptionist was lovely and very understanding. Dr Ayman did a house call and knelt down on the floor to examine Tasha as she lay on her bed. He was so caring of our beloved cat and also with my son and myself.
