Too slow at diagnosing, too much wait and see and more antibiotics. Not picked up that our Lab had an aggressive tumour in jaw. We changed vets and shortly after had to euthanase him.

I could not rate this practice highly enough. Kerrie Woollams and her assistants are professional, kind and extremely compassionate. Our family has consulted with this clinic before and since Ms Woollams took over and have nothing but admiration and praise in every instance. Her staff are warm, knowledgeable and reassuring as well. Our family's pets have had the happiest, and healthiest possible, lives thanks to Shoal Bay Veterinary Clinic.
