Have to write a new review today because I was treated absolutely amazing , arranging a a quick consultation when my little dog had an accident at home while playing . Quila is a patient at this vet clinic since he was 6 weeks and I had a problem just once which was sorted straight away. Every time I went ,apart from this one separated issue, the vets were always very caring with my anxious and a bit aggressive dog . Today a special recommendation for the vet that was lovely and receptionist ( sorry can’t remember ur names )that went above and beyond helping me understanding my pet insurance. 10/10 today !!! The best vet I've ever been to. They have a designated cat waiting area and consultation room so cats aren't stressed by seeing or smelling dogs. It was the calmest my cat has ever been at a vet. If you have a cat, can't recommend highly enough. I don't have a dog so can't comment on the dog care. Read Less

The care 4 Paws has shown my aging, diabetic cat has been fantastic. I don't live in the area anymore, but after a few less than satisfying experiences with local vets, we went back and won't go anywhere else. Our Boston Terrier Memphis is (as much as we would like it not to be the case!) a bit of a "regular" at 4 Paws and we always know he's being so well look after by Andrew, Nat, Ian or Tanya. The Kiss & Drop system is amazing and the vets are so thorough and don't make you feel like an over-protective puppy parent when you bring him in for every upset stomach and skin condition! The most amazing vets and kindest most considerate staff I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. Our apartment was destroyed by a fire and 4Paws took in our cat, fed him boarded him, checked him over and kept him safe and secure while we found a new place to stay. We take our puppy to 4 paws since we got him.... I really like the clinic and they were really good for my puppy . Especially vet Tania who is really caring ! His desexing and dew claws removal surgery went well and I was informed about everything ... but after spending 800 dollars for surgeries , I wasn't expecting to need to go back there few hours later because the bandage was making his paw swollen , they made another bandage ... All good ... One Day after the bandage came off at night and there I go again and yeh they charged me for It .... If the bandage was properly made at first I wouldn't have to come back and forward stressing the little dog ... Disappointed with that and I don't particularly like the receptionist but overall clinic is good. Read Less

Just a wonderful team of caring staff. When we first "accidentally" bought our dog we had to take it a different vet for a check up with in 48 hours. I took my dog there twice and the atmosphere was unfriendly and stale. I was so pleased someone recommended 4 paws. I would never go anywhere else Read Less

I thought this vet was very good until I went to a clinic that was infinitely more thorough and up to date with latest research findings on treatment alternatives and side effects. The clinic is attractive, with modern equipment and facilities. However, experience, curiosity, and rigorous diagnostic skills are more important. Read Less

This vet did not pick up the torn ligament in my dog's leg and told me that she just had muscle damage, prescribing medication accordingly. This improper advice and failure to detect the injury resulted in the situation eroding further so that the damage was exacerbated and is now quite evident, requiring invasive treatment. It is disappointing this vet did not provide a timely and correct diagnosis so that swifter action could be taken. Read Less

Wonderful vet practice. The staff are great with pets and owners alike. One of our two dogs has health issues which meant we saw every vet working in the practice at one time or another. They each reviewed her history before undertaking any additional treatment so she always had continuity of treatment even if she did not have the same vet every visit. We were very satisfied with the professional care our pets received. In addition, everyone in the practice is so friendly and caring that it is genuinely a pleasure to see them whether we were bringing one of the pets for a vet visit or just buying food.
